If your looking for a no BS review , here it is! I live in CO and found the exact Jeep Grand Wagoneer I was looking for here at this dealership online . We were traveling to TN for the holiday week so it made sense to reach out to them. I dealt with Jerry and could not have been more impressed with his professionalism. I have purchased a few vehicles online with mixed satisfaction in the past, so I was a bit reluctant to do so again. However, Auto Collection of Murfreesboro had a car I really wanted. After speaking with my salesman, Jerry West, I felt completely at ease in buying the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550. Jerry took me through the cars history and made comfortable with making the purchase and we finalized the deal. Within a few minutes the finance manager Cameron called me to discuss terms. I informed him I had arranged financing and he asked the rate. I told him and he assured me they could do better. 20 minutes later Cameron called me back with a rate two points lower! We wrapped everything up in less a few hours and arranged delivery two days later. The next morning I get a text from Jerry that the dealer was putting new tires on the car before they delivered it! I've never had a dealer add something after the deal was completed.My car delivered right on time the following day and it's exactly as described. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Auto Collection of Murfreesboro except I hope the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I can find one there. Absolutely FIVE STARS!
