Found the car that I was looking for at Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. It was a plane ride away, so I wanted to be sure that this was the car I wanted before wasting a day and a plane ticket. Jerry answered most of the questions that he could and sent me the information that I asked for.We got together on a rainy day in Murfreesboro and made the deal happen. Jerry picked me up at the airport after I arrived. He had the car ready for me when we got to the store. Everything worked out and I drove the car back to Charlotte in the rain. If your looking for a no BS review , here it is! I live in CO and found the exact Jeep Grand Wagoneer I was looking for here at this dealership online . We were traveling to TN for the holiday week so it made sense to reach out to them. I dealt with Jerry and could not have been more impressed with his professionalism. We actually completed the video tour and purchase a week before we arrived. Paperwork was done, purchase was completed all we needed to do was show up and drive away. Not only was it one of the easiest car deals I have even done, pricing was better than most for an executive vehicle, it was exactly as described! It was a surprise for my wife and we were thoroughly impressed with the vehicle, the detail work on it and the complete and total honesty Jerry provided during the whole transaction. I have been in the automotive industry for nearly 40 years and his inventory is as described and worth the look! I have purchased a few vehicles online with mixed satisfaction in the past, so I was a bit reluctant to do so again. However, Auto Collection of Murfreesboro had a car I really wanted. After speaking with my salesman, Jerry West, I felt completely at ease in buying the 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550. Jerry took me through the cars history and made comfortable with making the purchase and we finalized the deal. Within a few minutes the finance manager Cameron called me to discuss terms. I informed him I had arranged financing and he asked the rate. I told him and he assured me they could do better. 20 minutes later Cameron called me back with a rate two points lower! We wrapped everything up in less a few hours and arranged delivery two days later. The next morning I get a text from Jerry that the dealer was putting new tires on the car before they delivered it! I've never had a dealer add something after the deal was completed.My car delivered right on time the following day and it's exactly as described. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Auto Collection of Murfreesboro except I hope the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I can find one there. Absolutely FIVE STARS!

Was able to send in the information for myself and also the financial background electronically on July 9th, 2024 and then arrive on July 10th to finish the financial forms and signature in just over an hour. David Smith was who I work with and I would highly recommend him. I had a great experience dealing with purchasing my new car from AutoPro Nashville. As someone who has purchased several vehicles from dealerships, it is generally something I do not enjoy. I walked in last Saturday and felt absolutely no pressure from Jerry West. Test drove the car and decided to go home and think about purchasing. I had done some research prior to this and knew what I was looking for, and what comparable prices were. AutoPro was priced competitively and the negotiation process was so easy. Any question I had were immediately answered over a text message from Jerry. Went in on Wednesday to start the process, and less than an hour later I was driving home in a loaner car (cool Corvette) while mine was getting ceramic coating added. Aaron was a breeze to work with that day. Come today, I dropped off the Corvette and picked up my car. Might have to come back to purchase that Corvette, ha! I will certainly be back when it’s time for my next car, would definitely recommend!
